Diagnostics

Ultrasound. With our portable ultrasound machine it is easy to perform a high definition ultrasound on your pet. We are lucky to have a machine that shows us, in colour, the blood flow around the organs and heart and enables our veterinarians clear images to aid in diagnosing your pet’s health condition/s. The ultrasound probe also assists our veterinarians as they take fluid samples from the bladder or other organs.

Radiography. We have digital x-ray technology which instantly highlights in detail the body part being examined. If your pet needs radiography, we often choose to sedate them to keep them as stress free as possible. Clear images of high detail enables accurate and timely diagnosis of your pet’s condition. This information is then able to be sent electronically to referral vets for specialist interpretation if required.
