Reception and Waiting Room
At Hall Veterinary Surgery, we aim to share your pet’s care in a personalized, professional and friendly manner. Our reception staff are here to welcome and help you.
As trained veterinary nurses who are involved in all areas of the practice, they are able to answer most of your questions regarding veterinary care and our hospital procedures.
When you arrive for an appointment, they will locate your pets record for the vet and record a current weight for canine patients. They can lend you a cat basket or lead to keep your pet safe and controlled in the waiting area.
A range of informative pet care brochures, notices and books are provided as well as cute puppy school photo albums. Many a friendship has been struck up here between fellow animal lovers sharing the nuances of their furry families.Our staff are happy to give advice on the quality pet care products displayed. Easy access from the car park is via a gentle ramp. The air-conditioned waiting area has an adjacent garden courtyard for more excitable patients with a separate consultation room entry.
The reserve across the road provides an area for our energetic friends to unwind.
